My name is Andreas Serafim and I come from Cyprus. I am a second year graduate student in Classics at the University of Texas at Austin. My interests encompass almost all the aspects of Greek Literature. I am primarily interested in Greek Law, Rhetoric, and Oratory. My MA thesis investigates the theatrical nature of Demosthenes' On the Crown, under the guidance of Professor Michael Gagarin. Side interests focus on Greek tragedy and historiography. On the Latin side I find interesting the study of Ovid and Propertius.
